A blend of fruit from two organic vineyards, grown at opposite ends of Margaret River, wild co-fermented in stainless steel for integration and vibrancy. The southern Margaret River portion bringing savouriness and crisp acidity that is key in balancing the more tropical portion from northern Margs. Subtle nose of lemon and just-ripe pineapple follows up with a solid hit of guava and mango on first sip. This then softens out to a more savoury, herbaceous character, leaving a lingering acidity and dry finish.
