It took a whopping 14 months to get Existential Joy into our hands. First, we aged the beer in foeders for 6 months and then transferred the beer into Templeton Rye barrels for another 7 months. But wait! There’s more! We then conditioned the beer on top of a literal ton of tart cherries and whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Your palate will be jumping for joy once you experience the fruity amazingness of this beer. En-JOY!
