finish, but the intriguing lager yeast produces an array of flavour compounds during fermentation, which enhances the aroma arising from the use of the hop variety Magnum. The result is a refreshing citrus taste of
lime and lemon, combined with subtle floral aroma notes and a clean, crisp bitterness.
