Domaine Simha Sanskrit Rosé  is a delicate vin gris expression of Pinot Noir from Tasmania’s Derwent Valley. Crafted in micro batches using whole-bunch basket pressing and wild fermentation, this natural rosé captures the cool-climate elegance and saline purity of its maritime terroir with minimal intervention.

  • Volume: 750 mL

  • Alcohol Content: 12.5% ABV

  • Origin: Derwent Valley, Tasmania, Australia

  • Flavour Profile: Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, peony rose, and blood orange, with subtle layers of pink peppercorn, grapefruit zest, and flinty minerality; textural and focused on the palate, with vibrant acidity, a whisper of salinity, and a graceful, mouthwatering finish

  • Colour: Pale, silvery pink with a vin gris hue

  • Made With: 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard; whole-bunch basket pressed and wild fermented, then aged on lees for six months; bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve natural texture and balance

  • Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled (8–10 °C); ideal with fresh seafood, cured meats, creamy cheeses, or light seasonal fare like grilled peaches or summer salads

A serene and crystalline rosé, Sanskrit offers a compelling expression of Tasmanian Pinot Noir—elegant, ethereal, and guided by nature.
