Express Winemakers Frankland Riesling

This wild-fermented, unfined or filtered wine comes from the sandy granitic soils of one of Frankland’s oldest vineyards. A short time on skins and no settling prior to a spontaneous yet extended fermentation have leant some crunchy phenolics and plenty of distinctive flavours.
