Homeless Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Riesling. Born when a small vineyard of Pinot and Riesling down the road yielded a lot less than expected, with nowhere adequate to ferment it, it was tossed carefully into skin fermenting Sauvignon Blanc from my vineyard. The result is surprisingly crunchy and refreshing, like an ocean spray.
