This is one of Jock's favourite Chardonnay's at the moment. Experienced winemaker Mike Garland, previously of Castelli and Singlefile in Denmark, WA has truly outdone himself with this one from his new venture - The Garland Project. A wonderful blend of old and new oak, struck match and cashew notes. A New World wine with all the hallmarks of a great Old World Chassange-Montrachet Burgundy.
