Freehand Sempre Fortis Sauvignon Blanc
Biodynamic, organically grown fruit. Hand harvested. Some whole bunch, cold soaked and fermented on skins. Gently basket pressed to tank for the remaining fermentation. Hand bottled without fining or filtration. A natural sediment may form. Zero Sulphites added. 2783 bottles produced.

Straw gold with some green.
Fresh tropical aromas, floral and lime
Juicy and fun palate, flavours of fresg gooseberry, pineapple, with a salty caper edge.
All Freehand wines are grown and made in the Great Southern, Western Australia. The Freehand vineyard was planted in 1997 and purchased by Matt in 2007, when it was converted to organic and biodynamic farming. The 15 acre vineyard has classic Australian varieties of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
