JC's Own Lobethal Chardonnay 2019

Hand harvested and pressed as 100% whole clusters. Pressings kept separate. Barrel fermented in new and seasoned French oak puncheons and barriques. Aged on lees for 18 months before bottling with no fining or filtration. Only 1,206 bottles produced.

More structured and full-bodied than traditional Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, the JC’s Own Lobethal 2019 has plenty of zippy acidity and toasty lees characters to delight all Chardonnay lovers!
