Langmeil The Freedom 1843 Shiraz is a flagship single-vineyard wine made from some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world. Planted in 1843 in the heart of the Barossa Valley, these dry-grown vines produce fruit of extraordinary intensity, complexity, and heritage. The wine is handcrafted with care and aged to bring out its full character and longevity.

Flavour Profile: Concentrated layers of dark plum, blackberry, and ripe cherry, accented by notes of mocha, clove, black olive, and subtle anise. Rich and full-bodied with velvety tannins, balanced oak, and a long, savoury finish.

Made With: 100% Shiraz from the original Freedom vineyard, planted in 1843; hand-harvested, open-fermented, basket-pressed, and matured in a combination of French and American oak for 24 months
Serving Suggestions: Decant for 1–2 hours and serve at 16–18°C; pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, game meats, or slow-cooked dishes with earthy spices
